My name is Amy Orledge, and I’m a qualified hypnotherapy practitioner and coach. I have skills and knowledge which help people so that's what I want to do. My sessions are held primarily online via Zoom. I also hold group workshops for Anxiety & Stress Relief and guided relaxation sessions, both in person and online. Group sessions have been amazingly successful - people have reported some big changes after them. One of my favourite testimonials came from a group session member (JA)...'huge changes!'
It was my mum that inspired me to try hypnotherapy for my confidence problems. The sessions changed my life, opened up the door to this fascinating world for me and I've been learning ever since.
I believe passionately that this stuff works - I've seen the evidence in myself, (smoking, confidence, spider phobia etc) and in my clients. Lasting weight loss, PTSD, OCD, alcohol moderation, phobias, nail biting, performance, driving anxiety, smoking cessation are just a few of the things I've been privileged to help people with. Your comfort and successful change are of the utmost importance to me, I will get to know you, learn about your change needs, and tailor sessions specifically to you. I will ensure you're at ease during our sessions, and will arm you with self-hypnosis and other techniques for any future curve-balls.
