FAQs.
Hypnosis is the most effective and lasting solution for many of the issues we face. The reason for this is simple...we know real change happens below the level of conscious awareness, and hypnosis is the most direct way to communicate with the subconscious - which is where our core habits and beliefs reside.
It used to be common for medical practitioners to be trained on and adopt hypnotic techniques to treat patients. Why this has gone by the wayside is a great shame, but a conversation for another day.

Q. Can you make me cluck like a chicken/drink tomato ketchup?
A. No. This is why stage/entertainment hypnosis is so interesting. On the one hand it proves hypnosis is real, but on the other it generates some fun conversations for me
when it comes to serious change work. Little secret...it's not a con but it's also not an accident who ends up on stage, and they don't do anything they don't want to do.
You'd never do anything that goes against your own core values, and you're always in control.

Q. Do I have to tell you everything?
A. Not at all. But I am bound by a by a strict code of ethics and my own standards of professionalism. This is a safe space.

Q. Is Hypnosis safe?
A. Absolutely it is. There are some mental health issues that I would ask for written permission from the care team/medical team to ensure we're working with you holistically.

Q. Can I deal with all my problems at once?
A. Let's focus on one at a time. That said, people sometimes find that a lot of issues are rooted in one over-arching problem such as lack of self-worth. Sometimes it can be a domino effect when mindset shifts start, and it's magic to watch when it happens.
